Acceptance

By accessing or using PDFreevert, you agree to follow these terms, the privacy policy, and the limits published on individual tool pages. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Permitted use

You may upload only files you have the right to process, and you must comply with applicable laws, contracts, and third-party service rules.

• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, materials that violate others rights, or automated requests clearly outside the intended service use.
• Do not bypass file-size limits, format checks, access controls, rate limits, or job-isolation measures.
• Do not probe, attack, reverse-interfere with, or disrupt the website, object storage, databases, converters, or other users jobs.

File responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload, your permission to use them, and the instructions you submit to the service. Do not upload confidential files you are not allowed to process, and do not place passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in ordinary support descriptions.

Conversion results

Document format, fonts, page structure, and source-file quality affect conversion results. PDFreevert aims to provide stable output, but it does not guarantee every file can be converted, every layout will match perfectly, or that automated conversion replaces manual review for important documents.

Availability and service changes

Tools may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, file type, browser environment, or third-party storage services. We may add, adjust, or discontinue tools, and we will try to explain new file limits or retention rules on the relevant pages.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, PDFreevert is not responsible for indirect losses caused by failing to back up source files, failing to review conversion results, using the service incorrectly, or using it outside the purposes described on the page. This clause does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

Stopping use

You may stop using the service at any time; related uploads and results are cleaned up automatically when their configured retention period expires. If we detect conduct that violates these terms or threatens the platform or others safety, we may suspend related jobs or access rights and retain necessary security records where the law allows.
